425, a Stratos Cloud Alliance member, asked Stratos to partner on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing implementations as their team ramped up experience on the products. D365 Sales Professional was implemented as the first phase of the project, followed by D365 Marketing as phase two. “We reached out to Stratos for help in demoing and selling D365 Sales and Marketing, and they really knocked it out of the park with the presentations and support throughout the sales pursuit, says 425 Consulting business applications director, Loren Bahnick. “We started the implementation with Sales since that was the area of greatest pain for the client, and it was a home run for the Stratos project manager and consultant for a quick win – the client loves them,” continues Bahnick. It was a real win for 425 Consulting in that they were still able to capitalize financially and gain a new customer before having consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional and Marketing.
The public affairs firm can now orchestrate personalized journeys across all touchpoints to strengthen relationships and earn loyalty. The Dynamics 365 Marketing app works seamlessly with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Microsoft Teams, and other products and allows the firm to make faster and better decisions. Built-in forms embedded directly on the firm’s website capture lead and prospect information. The information ties directly back into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to quickly qualify leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) or put them into a nurture program to continue to move them through the funnel. The solution now supports segment-based journeys, allowing the firm to orchestrate traditional marketing activities such as seasonal campaigns targeting loyal customers.
