Progressus Advanced Projects May Release Now Available

Progressus Advanced Projects 10.1.0.5 release is available and includes a variety of enhancements.

Progressus Advanced Projects 10.1.0.5 release includes application enhancements to expand the robust functionality available to professional services and project-based businesses.

The May release contains enhancements most notably to Cost and Billing as well as Time.

Cost and Pricing Updates

• Clients have asked to keep manually changed prices on Items for Budget Journal entries:
  • Users create project budgets for Items and post them. When creating the budget entries, they may modify the cost/price in the Budget Journal.
  • They later need to modify the quantity of those previously created budget entries, so they use the Change Budget option in the Budget Journal to re-load the budget entries.
  • They change the quantity for the Item budget entry, if the cost/price was overridden in step 1, then the cost/price will not be re-evaluated when they change the quantity.

Time Updates

• Clients request the ability to reopen posted and invoiced Timesheet entries:
  • Timesheets can be reopened at any point in the submitting, posting, and invoicing process. Changes can be made, and the timesheet submitted for new processing.
• Client requested to add the Timesheet Report menu item to Timesheet Archive:
  • The Timesheet Report is available as a new menu selection from the Timesheet Archive page. It has filters set based on the Resource No. and Timesheet Period.

Additional Enhancements and Bug Fixes

This release also includes bug fixes to Resource and Vacation/Flex.
